Funds, to support their important work, will be raised at local car boot sales and at the Cat Cabin at Argae Cottage where visitors and supporters are always welcome.

At Argae, "The Old Cat People" have a number of older cats that can't be homed for various reasons together with some lovely 'mature' cats who would love to find a new home. Working throughout the community to rescue cats, give advice on their care, and raising funds to look after the elderly cats is all part of a days work for the Old Cat People. If you would like to help we would love to hear from you, even if it just means turning up at one of fund-raisers you will be made to feel most welcome.

There is advice and guidance on the Help page if you are in need of some urgent advice. There are our contact details and of course pages about our cats. Clicking on the Sponsor tab shows how you can help one of our cats have a comfortable and long life; we understand that cat's need plenty of attention and that not everyone can afford the time to re-home a cat or kitten, this is a great way to help a cat without the responsibility of ownership.

We also have a page on cats which may be available for re-homing. Please do telephone us if you could offer a cat a new home - our cat guests change frequently, so please do telephone us to see who we have in need of a new home.
